Virtual Services: Our services are available virtually across North America, providing flexible support wherever you are.

In-Home Services (GTA): In-home exceptions are available within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Please note that an additional travel fee may apply for in-home services outside of our standard service area.

Biweekly Check-In Sessions: Please be advised that your biweekly check-in sessions are integral to your program and are designed to help you maintain the behaviour plan effectively. These sessions begin two weeks after your initial consultation and continue biweekly until the completion of the program. All biweekly check-in sessions must be utilized within the duration of the program and cannot be saved or carried over once the program has concluded. We strongly encourage you to take full advantage of these sessions to ensure optimal progress and support. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to your cat’s well-being!

For more comprehensive support, we recommend booking a full consultation or behaviour program.

Continuing Support Requirements:
To ensure the continued success of your cat's behaviour development, ongoing support is highly recommended. Please note that all follow-up sessions or additional services must be booked within one month of completing your program and the same behaviour of concern. This ensures the progress you've made is maintained and any new concerns are promptly addressed.
